This book looks like it could have been written for men. The undeniable fact is no woman ever gets pregnant alone. She needs a little male help. For specifics on that re-read a chapter on human reproduction from a biology book. Well anyway I think many of the lessons can relate to men. It feels good to be alone. Just as many people would be terrible care takers of pets. I think just as many men would be lousy parents. Parenthood is a radical, life altering choice. Just ask any man or woman who has made the decision. It also requires some maturity and accepting the fact that you have taken on an eighteen plus long term commitment to raising that child. Another fact is that you might have an ungrateful plus eighteen year old child that may never love you as an adult. I am going to buy this book on payday. I'll look forward to reading every word and chapter.
I think some related questions to ask yourself is have you considered becoming an aunt or uncle. I think it is great to have nephews or nieces. There was a famous man in history who became an adopted uncle to five boys. It was J.M. Barrie. The person who wrote and published Peter Pan in 1904. Through his interactions with the Llewelyn Davies Boys just five there was the material for Peter Pan. I will elaborate later with this review in more addendums.
